Basically it's Batman & Robin Eternal. The series was supposed to celebrate Robin, Dick was supposed to be the main character, and be the return of Cassandra Cain.
Harper hijacked the plot and became the central focus of the entire series were EVERYTHING was due because Harper was special. She was tailored to be "the perfect" Robin. Add to the fact that she owned Gordon with a stupid advanced device she shouldn't had. Yeah.... Harper just got on everyone's nerves who read that series expecting equal billing, instead it was the Harper Row show.
