Real mental hospitals are HELL. Almost none of the patients are there voluntarily despite almost none of them having committed any crimes. The "patients" are closer to abductees than anything else. And read up on abuse in those places. Rape is common and people are drugged against their will.

Moon Knight got me into comics when I was a kid. He's always been my favourite hero.
