I really love Katsuhiro Otomo's artwork in Akira. The detail and atmosphere in it is incredible, I don't really care for the story that much though.

All that detail completely wasted because the artist decides to color everything in blue, pink and green.
Comicbook artwork is supposed to be interpreted with one look. This guy might be talented in his technique but has no idea how to make sequential art or how to make elements of a picture stand out. So far it looks like vomit.

He's not wrong, Stokoe is a solid penciller but he kills his own work with the inking style and colours he uses. Guy needs to either a) spend a few months studying colour theory and inking techniques, or b) do the sensible thing and work with a good inker and colourist.
