I didn't particularly care for the show when it was on (I watched it but wasn't into it, rewatched it a few years ago and like it more but still not my favorite) but even I was incredibly disappointed when they changed the opening. The others just didn't compare.
I like how random Gothamites play off of the known characters so well, the whole city is just as *wrong* as anyone that'll end up in Arkham.
Strange's crazyhair assistant is almost as bad as any mobster and you really get the feeling that this is all in a typical Gotham day's work for her.

It's supposed to be Ike Barinholtz, but his character name is unlisted on imdb, and he doesn't seem to be acting in the capacity you'd expect of Strange in the trailer, he just looks like a regular guard.
He's pretty much the only part of the show I unreservedly enjoy. Wong knows he's on a steaming pile of shit and is running with it, he's basically Kenneth Branagh in Wild Wild West just hamming it up to 500% and it's great.
It's the same thing James Frain was doing as Galavan.
