Real suit, practical sets for Oa, sure. The powers would look pretty corny if you can see that they're props though. They're not really suposed to look "real" or "tangible" exactly, they're supposed to look like light constructs. The trick it to use CGI to make them look like GOOD light constructs, and not just a shitty effect.
