I legitimately believe that all human beings deserve to be eradicated. Not just them, but I hate all living organisms, what they represent, how they act, and what they do.
Species are destructive and have a need to utilize traits from other organisms in order to survive better. Hell, even the fundamental need to eat other animals and plants is disgusting to me, because it adheres to the fact that organisms have to cause suffering in order to survive.
That means, we as a species are born in the pain of others. And it will never end until the universe goes to heat death.

Big Hero 6 is my favorite animated movie and my favorite movie of all time. I wrote and 11 thousand word essay about how great it is and it disappoints me that /co/ doesn't seem to share my love.

The film assumes Batman uses lethal force against enemies and that Lex knows every character's secret identity, two ideas that aren't communicated well to the audience.

A lot of writers think catering to a modern audience means bleaching away "irrelevant" ideas older than the age average, which is why a lot of stories and settings don't feel relevant. It comes off less as an actual place with people and more a stage with changing props and characters lose definitive character until they seem like actors with no genuine reading a script penned around what the audience will be able to get or digest without too much thought or knowledge.
The staff confuse providing and presenting a view for the recent generation, e.g. X-Men's teen teams, with putting everything old behind a curtain and under the rug.
I'm not saying there should be too desperate clinging to old canon and concepts, as we've seen what that kind of recycled refocusing does as the universe circles around the writer's favorite thing from their childhood, but at the same time too loose a hold on what is even supposed to be happening in the established world either way makes it seem like nothing is happening or ever will.
So despite how you convey your point you much like others younger and older than you may just want more thought behind the direction and less market research gimmicks so you don't feel you're wasting your time reading a sci-fi brochure of novelties in our world that are completely unimportant to the world in the story. And you all have a point.
It's a complicated matter though, a lot of comics look at their sales and feel they need to keep pace with what's happening today or they'll be yesterday's news. Cue digging into what the current age demographic is, latest trends and lingo and cutting and pasting all that into their Frankenstein monster to keep it alive, yet I suspect no one realizes the simple possibility the readers who were going to leave were going to leave anyway because they're feeling old not because the stories are, and new readers arrive for the quality of how the stories read not their immediate relatability.

Iron Man 2 is obviously the weakest link in the MCU with the Thor movies relatively close. While it's not as good as the others, I think Iron Man 2 is still a really good film. Sam Rockwell kills it. It's the definitive appearance of Black Widow. But somehow it just doesn't have as much rewatchablility as the others. Now just above that and The Incredible Hulk, is Thor and The Dark World. Both are good. Not great by any means and as adaptations of Thor comics, probably not good at all. But from a film standpoint, I love them. The fish-out-of-water tale is a trope I'm not tired of. And I even appreciated how it was backwards in the sequel with Jane as the fish in Asgard. Loki remains one of the strongest villains you love to hate. The original Thor was special to me because it was the first time I realized The Avengers was ACTUALLY going to happen. And The Dark World, while flawed, spent much more time on Asgard than the first, which was awesome. And while you can argue that the aether was detrimental to the story, I submit that it was essential to furthering the hype to the overall Thanos arc. I don't care about Thor comics. But I think the films are highly underrated and even though I can understand the negative reaction to the quippy humor, I don't find it to be out of place.

It's first sin was ignoring Tony's arc in Iron Man 3. While the argument could be made that he resolved his issues as the Iron Man, it's plain to see that Joss had no interest in that film.
Black Widow and Bruce. The slut meme exists for a reason. Mainly because while Joss could've kept things ambiguous, he decided to ship characters while in a position of power. If we all had the ability to actually make our ships happen, everything would be garbage.
Thor's scenes were cut. Some think he shouldn't have had those scenes at all but I'm of the camp that Thor's gem scenes being cut short and being partially left in, is the main reason for the film feeling so disjointed.
All this being said, it's still pretty good.

I thought it was ok. I felt it's biggest weaknesses were giving quips to people who didn't fit them (I don't have a problem with quips like a lot of /co/ does; iron man being glib is fine, hawkeye spending 30 seconds playfully debating with himself over whether or not he should shoot quicksilver was stupid to the point of immersion breaking), and Ultron as a villain straddling the line between creepy and threatening too thoroughly, to the point that he stopped feeling very creepy OR threatening.
There were also a handful of moments that felt particularly retarded (wanda ripping out the robot's heart at the end stands out), and I think the writer's sense of scale was kinda warped - dropping that much mass at those speeds would NOT have the apocalyptic effect everyone treated it as. You can do quick comparisons to previous asteroid impacts to see the difference.
Overall, it was "meh." But calling something "meh" isn't as much fun as tearing it apart.

I liked ANGR because I thought it was going to turn into a tragic but believable story about how someone in a rough community can't change the community for the better and ultimately has to just protect those in need near them and leave it at that.
I mean Robbie's hood, home and life looked like they were on life support before the ghost riding, so I was expecting it to get really real really quick when private military storm through and all. I stopped following when I felt it lost that direction and he was just sort of coping with things. From all the gangs, wayward youths and troubles shown I expected a lot but a sense of imminence just disappeared at some point.
As for the art I feel Tradd Moore has really gone off the rails since and with Strode, and funny enough it also fell to the same premise deflation even though it was under a different writer altogether. Moore's work is very expressive I'll give him that but it sometimes gets roped up by how much he wants to emphasize things all the time that don't really need to be, and no amount of his lust for absurd action scenes makes up for what's at the end of the day a kind of self-defeating setup. Robbie and Strode both gain life changing power, and their lives certainly change but they both adapt and get over it so quickly they just lose me. No one seems aware or present in the stories more than the current panel needs.
