Personally, what irks me is that he draws the Bluth "ugly/villain/both" female faces on every single woman he draws, and it looks like utter shit. Even Bluth himself didn't do that 100% of the time, quite a few of the prettier/good-aligned girls he drew back in the day had cute faces to match, even with the trademark exaggerated bodies.
This particular Keane drawing is fine (if a little off-model with the huge beak nose, while Keane's was pretty normal in-show iirc), but stuff like the one SB did of the PPG themselves is a horrifying example: Buttercup looks like a 50 year old smoker, Bubbles looks like someone drew a smiley face on a potato with a wig attached to it, and Blossom I can't remember the exact details of but I'm fairly sure her shit was fucked up just as hard as the others.
The exaggerated proportions are one thing, with plenty of subjective taste involved that causes polarization (I personally like them, especially the really bottom-heavy ones he does), but when every single woman's face looks like an old druggy lesbian's face regardless of the character's age or personality, it's going to turn off everyone who doesn't have a fetish for dried-up hags (hag in this case meaning the classic stereotypical "living golem of wrinkles huddled over a pot of mystery liquid with a voice like pissed-off cats climbing a chalkboard").

His designs are grotesque, which isn't necessarily a problem. But it is not supported by high technique, or challenging composition, or any combination of refined, peculiar tastes that makes some guro artists visionaries. He certainly has a personal flare, but it lacks technical depth and stakes no new ground that would push him above the mediocre skills he displays. In the online world where you have immediate access to all calibers of artists and kinks, his work is a waste of time.
