If anybody but Bendis actually read "The Pulse", I'd believe that the reason Jessica hates Danny so much is that, the first time she met him, Cage was in medical trouble, she was pregnant with his kid, and when she told him that, he immediately went "Yeah, that's what you SAY."

I actually really enjoyed it myself as well as the first 2 issues. I dig the art style, the personalities on display, the story. I like that it feels like its set in the marvel universe but isnt a slave to continuity. Sure danny is way goofier than he normally is. But luke is also a little sillier and way bigger than normal too. Its clearly going for its own style that I like and its nice to know this is a comic you dont need to worry about getting swept up in some fucking crossover event.

Oh yeah that was a dick moment for Danny although to be fair Luke was dying and peoole were out to kill him so Danny was jumpy.
That said Jessica came out the better person because when Luke asked her how Danny was treating her she said he was treating her good.
But I don't think she hates him, if she really hated him and held any grudge against him she would have had told Luke about it and would have been opposed to letting him name their kid Danielle.
Hell I can safely say if Jessica truly hated Danny she and Luke wouldn't have worked out.
