Comedy webcomics don't really need to be funny. Not in every single update, anyway. They're free, they don't take long to read, once checking them frequently becomes a habit it becomes harder to stop reading them than to not.
Plus, in the case of comics like QC that have added plot/drama to the comedy every update being genuinely lolworthy becomes less important, since an update with a weak joke can still be moving along the story.
So, to answer your question, it's not particularly funny. But people who read QC do not do so exclusively for the lols.

What's the point of Pintsize in the comic any more? All of his usual antics are interrupted now by various people threatening him with harm, because they're all hyper-sensitive to anything he might say. He just exists to either be threatened or ignored. He doesn't even serve the function of a computer, as it's been long established Marten and the other characters use other devices. He attempts to make a joke, and is then either "comically" threatened with disassembly or reformatting, essentially robot murder.
