What the hell happened with the artists?
I mean, children cartoons have never been known for their staggering quality or anything, but every Gwen past the first one looks like she's drawn by someone on dA.
You know those fanarts where you can tell someone tried to imitate the original style, but just noticeably fell short? It's exactly the same feeling looking at these.
I mean, Future Gwen looks the least worst out of the lot, and she still looks like she's drawn wrong.

That sounds like an excuse for shitty art, considering you can say the same thing about every single character.
Series by series, they're more deformed, their proportions and shapes are inconsistent shape by shape, and it generally looks like the drawings of someone still learning how to draw, with sharp angles followed by half-curves, it's unpleasant to look at.

I've only ever watched Ben 10 from when its on tv, so i've never watched a full season, or in any kind of order to make sense of whats going on with the plot, but can somebody explain to me how Gwen went from a total babe in Alien Force to librarian sperg in Omniverse?

well the first one was something the Higher Ups demanded(DJW has said that if it had been his choice, if Ben were to have ended up with someone besides Ester, it would have been Attea), as for the second, well I'm not a fan of it either(since it kinda diminishes what's supposed to be one of the unique aspects to Humanity in the Ben 10 universe, although it's still kinda supported since Ester is still canonically a proper half-Human, and Lucy might be one too, they've never been all that clear about her actually), as it undermines way too much about UAF
