It's Phil Lord and Chris Miller, it's impossible for the movie to be bad.
I do wonder which visual style the movie will have, their usual style (Clone High, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs) doesn't really fit Spider-Man in my opinion.

They cranked out that crossover in Ultimate Spidey pretty fast.
