Due to the more realistic tone of the DC films, Ultron is unable to launch nuclear weapons as he can't bypass the physical safety measures and air-gapping. Also because of his drones' vulnerability to arrows, batons, and punches, even a minuscule response by the military would be a massive hindrance.

Doomsday fucks shit up but I think with Hulk, Vision and Thor they can beat him down. Again, they might need to find some Kryptonite; without it they're in deep shit.

Superman can tear through Ultron bodies like they're tissue. However, I don't know if anyone in the DC universe could create a virus capable of deleting Ultron from the internet. It's possible that Wayne Tech and Lex Corp would have to combine forces to create an entirely new infrastructure to house a second internet with a different programming language to contain Ultron and then shut down all servers running the Ultron infected net. That's pretty much the only way for the DC universe to handle a rouge AI.
Doomsday is Superman strong with the added bonus of gradually getting stronger as his opponents weaken. Cap, Hawkeye, Widow, and Quicksilver would be useless to the point of being liabilities. Hulk + Hulk Buster Armor + Thor is a pretty crazy amount of raw power, but I'm not sure that even they match Supes. Wanda's a bit of a wild card, since we don't know the upper limits of her power, and she might be able to gain complete mind control over him or kill him with magic. However, she is slow and frail, and one hit is all it would take to remove her from the equation.

Ultron would get wrecked. Superman would put him down the moment he shows up and probably wouldn't even hesitate to do it because Ultron's just a robot. If Ultron did try to hack the internet or whatever like people are suggesting not only would Bruce try to stop him but Lex probably would as well.
Realistically Doomsday would cause a lot of damage to the MCU. He'd certainly kill several Avengers. In the end they'd be able to beat him by getting him off world somehow, either just flying him into space or teleporting him to another planet/realm, but they wouldn't be able to kill him.
If Doomsday did actually show up in an Avengers film though you know Marvel would make him weak to faux magic or something so Scarlet Witch could take him on. Hell, even Black Widow would probably be able to go toe to toe with him in a Marvel film.

Unless Lex is that good of a computer whiz, Ultron steals Luthor's files unopposed by a rival AI to curb his progress, finds out about Cyborg and the Black Zero, and either downloads himself into the vulnerable Vic Stone, the ship (which is, as Lex showed, laughably easy), or both, and gets himself some extraterrestrial tech to take over the world.

DCU doesnt have a tech hero yet, So Ultron may be a bigger threat, unless Supes drags him into space screaming before he could download his consciousness elsewhere. On the plus side, No Vibranium do he can do sollkovia, on the down side, there's Black Zero so he can just restart the World engine or recreate it.
DD would run rampant in the MCU until they figure a way to get him off world. Ant-Man can probably throw him into the Microverse. Other than that, MCU is going to get wrecked. Thor and IM are out because of energy absorption. Hulk hasn't shown the same level of strength nor speed to keep up. Wanda *may* be able to manipulate him, but good luck going near a berserker speedster

This gave me an idea, a kind of reverse-HARDAC scenario where Ultron offers an alliance with Bruce as he sees a lot of himself in the jaded brutal vigilante (much like how he did with Wanda and Pietro) and needs a human "face" to sell his vision of world peace to the people of the DCEU. And not just any stooge. Someone intelligent, stern, sympathetic to the layman's plight, but at the end of the day, willing to make the hard choices to improve everything.
Makes him promises of an unlimited army of mechanical peacekeepers, comprehensive 24/7 surveillance, and a partner made of much tougher stuff than his previous sidekicks.

Remember the beating Thor took... and how he looked untouched? Strong as Ultron is, Thor in the MCU is almost Hulk levels of durable.

I really like that second one. It seems plausible, and could be entertaining.
That said, Doomsday's sheer power would result in most of the squishy Avengers dying. Batsy in BvS is practically his comic-book self, which includes implausible movement, and it was all he could do to dodge some of those attacks. He only survived the first because of Wonder Woman saving him; and I don't think any of the Avengers can pull that off except maybe Scarlet Witch... and as of AoU she is far, far too new to her powers to hold of something of that magnitude.
Witch probably survives as Silver picks her up and runs away from each blast. Hawkeye being a bow sniper, is likely behind a piece of solid rubble. Widow a kill. Cap probably tries to defend with his shield, but given the surface area (but it not seeming to absorb energy and him lacking of durability powers) he may survive but loses his legs.

Between Cyborg and Flash alone, Ultron iis fucked. Cyborg could basically do what Vision did in AOU (locking him out of the internet and nukes) and Flash could ise the speed force to go back in time (and/or dimension hop) and stop him from ever being created.
Alternatively, Superman and Flash combined could wipe out all of his bodies in 1 second.
