Here's something that has been bugging me a while - what happens in the height of summer in Gotham? Sure, it's dark and gloomy in Gotham, with terrible weather seemingly all the time, but it will still get summer.
i.e. a fairly long few months where night is only several hours long. Barely enough time to get from the Batcave to a brooding-gargoyle, stop a mugging, and get back.
Bright days are hardly well paired with the 'dark knight' and bats. Does he just catch up on sleep in summer? Work on keeping up the playboy image?

The yellow ring always seems like it suited Batman more than the green ring. I mean the whole reason behind his Batman persona in the first place was literally to "strike fear in the hearts of criminals", with his ninja-like antics it is repeatedly shown that fear is the weapon to freak out crooks or to interrogate them and he actively cultivates a mysterious dark mythos.
Plus the reason about him not being suitable to be a green lantern because he can't let go of the death of his parents in that alleyway that scarred him and basically powers him as a costumed vigilante is pretty plausible.
