I would love to see a more faithfull adaptation of Scott Pilgrim.
I liked the movie but I feel that the story and style would translats better into animation.
Why hasnt this happened? The short just left me wanting more.
Yeah it would be interesting

the movie sucked
Movie was alright but the comic sucked. Never understood the popularity with it, it felt webcomic tier.

the comic reminded me how uneventful my teens-to-early-twenties were.

Bryan has talked about this. Universal owned the rights since like 2005 when Volume 2 came out, and then by the time the rights expired after the movie the comic was already over and, while still popular, not near the peak it had a few years prior. So it sounds like bad timing if anything, though he does mention he thinks it'd be cool if one of his future comics become a cartoon someday.
From the sounds of it, it sounds the signing bonus he got from that movie contract was really helpful for him to stay afloat back in his earlier indie comic days.

>The rights expired
If Nerdland does well Titmouse should talk to h8m about doing a series or a movie.
Scott Pilgrim the Animated Film is one of my biggest dreams, alongside a traditionally animated TF2 trilogy.

I wish he would draw porn of his characters.

>The Animated Film
Fuck that, I want a 20-30 episode season that encompasses the whole thing, with animated original garage rock songs by Sex Bob-Omb and friends somewhere in every episode.

Wait, what? I was gonna buy it the next time it went on sale.
