currently rereading Calvin and Hobbes after catching the tail end of that last thread. There's so much I didn't get when I read it the first time around

Do you have more like this?

Since seeing this image posted in the filename thread, I can't get the connection out of my head, especially with the top strip you posted

Does anyone know where I can find this XXX parody of C&H? It was Calvin and the girl playing doctor, or husband and wife or something, and they kept bickering until the girl splits off with Hobbes. It seemed really faithful to the humor despite the smuttiness.

I know the original strip that you are talking about. It's a sunday strip that starts off with an adult male (Calvin) saying, "Hmm... this one's obviously hysterical. Better do a lobotomy". Shows him and an adult characature of Suzie Derkins as an adult arguing about how doctors really act. Positively hysterical!

>prediction
He's literally talking about the kids of his day
He didn't "predict" so much as "describe a trend that's been ongoing for decades"

Every generation thinks the next generation is fucked up and will doom us all. The only thing that changes is the specifics about why these no good kids today ain't right.

My favourite strips are the ones where Calvin's dad trolls him.

There are writings from ancient greece where the old folks are complaining about the youth. It's an endless cycle.

I'm almost certain it was husband and wife now. It wasn't an edit of a pre-existing comic, there was definitely some serious smut.
I only ask because I got into a fight with my friend about it a long time ago and want to see if I was right.
