In the On Strike episode, they show Spongebob's skeleton twice and it looks different both times.
In one episode they played spongebob's spine like a xylophone and they hit the same part twice but it made two different sounds. Boy, I hope someone got fired for that.

Not as bad as the Fairly Odd Parents error in the same vein, though. Patrick's "I don't have a sister" line was pretty much a throwaway one. In FoP, when Cosmo needed a FagigglyGland transplant, the entire episode centered around them going to Anti-Cosmo for help since Cosmo didn't have any blood siblings. And yet, a later episode introduces his brother, "Schnozmo."

You know a show is shit when the episode they introduce a character, he is made good through overusage of his weakness. The weakness is disposed of in the same episode and is never brought up again even though there are countless times it could've been used.
Not to mention the fact that since it was disposed of, he shouldn't have it anymore in newer episodes, but IN THE NEXT EPISODE HE APPEARS IN has the damn thing.
