Pearl forgave her because she understood Amy's pain there and saw her own failing in the matter.
She had lashed out, yes. But no harm done and she was obviously very distressed.
On the other hand, Pearl sabotaged their efforts, endangered them all and betrayed Garnet's trust in a fusion for a kick. She really hurt the gay dorfs there.
On the other hand Amethyst just misunderstood Pearl's intentions and triggered her self-worth issues over being born in the War, being underdeveloped etc. So Pearl just fought her till she found out why the purple troll was so angry.
