Agreed, it was almost perfect in Arkham City, it should have been a bit slimmer, but since it's still Bruce in the suit in that case it makes sense.
As for Arkham Knight's Beyond suit, maybe they were going for a prototype look? The bat symbol needs to be a bit lower and much wider, and the forearms are too huge, no room for wrist movement.
