Well after Infinity Watch, he had that solo series and a bunch of Starlin miniseries where he was practically an anti-hero.
After that Annihilation happened, where he sided with Annihilus, partially because his waifu Death told him to, and partially because he was bored. He even turned on him at the end, just before Drax finally killed him.
Then he was revived at the end of Guardians, against his will, and dragged to the Cancerverse, where he was forever seperated from his waifu. For this, he swore bloody vengence on Peter Quill, and swore that, and I quote, "I'll kill you! I'll kill you all! I'll kill your whole universe, and I will not stop until every last soul is extinct!"
Then he died in the Cancerverse with Quill and Rider. Except not really, cause Bendis, and his first appearance was going for a Cosmic Cube. Then Infinity happened, then Time Runs Out, leading to Secret Wars, where he died. But he was recently brought back to life in Ultimates, now serving Oblivion instead of Death.
But let's be honest, Bendis probably doesn't know that last part about him dying in Secret Wars.
