There's another local fast food joint here that also sells cheap food and their burger also makes me vomit after. I think it's the sauce that masks the taste of the cheap "meat".

Coral bits are almost definitely french fries (which I guess might be implied with the British "chips", but i dunno). Fries are expected to have multiple sizes since you can either share them or not.
Plus, they're the first side order. PLUS, the "krabby meal" would probably be Krabby Patty + Coral Bits + Seafoam Soda, which would make it the equivalent of any fast food restaurant's meal, which would imply Coral Bits = Fries.

Along with KFC, another big local fast food joint, and pizza shops, they deliver door to door. BK's new here so we don't have deliveries for them. BK is expensive here as well, but have better burgers.
