Fox has no real reason to collaborate at the moment, their franchise is going strong, unless Apocalypse somehow miraculously bombs completely.
Even then, they still have Deadpool who will keep selling gangbusters for at least two more movies.
Sure, they don't know where to go with their X-movies once Singer is gone (X-Force, yes, no, yes, no, maybe later, no, yes), but I doubt they'll be so nervous they'll just run to the competition for help.

Ya, for a good as the Deadpool movie was, they shot themselves in the foot by making the X-men want Deadpool in their team. Deadpool is all about being the misfit, the guy people are ashamed to admit being a friend or helpful.

Feige is not an idiot, he knows the Inhumans are going to be a tough sell. Captain Marvel isn't a great comic character but as a movie concept, you can do something with it. The Inhumans seem to be on the schedule because Perlmutter really thinks they can be the new X-Men.

My hope is that is they do make one it will take notes of what worked and didn't work from suicide squad and apply them to their own story. Also they should build up the movie withe established villeins who didn't die in previous films, (if that ever does happen).
