No, this is an alternate interpretation of an alternate character. Regular Harvey Dent is a different character. In this "oh look, enlightened people in the past are just like me and my friends" universe, Dent is figuratively two-faced, rather than literally two-faced. That's dull and shallow, but you can't assassinate a character that barely exists, and it's not like anybody cares to make this new Dent anything other than a target for these batgirls to swing at.
