They've basically already cemented in the first 40 episodes. If the show is popular enough for a second season, CN won't care about fixing it with a better crew. If it isn't popular enough for a second season, it's cancelled anyhow.
I won't mind Lauren Faust working the show .she knows how to do feminism .
I wonder what Craig thinks or how he feels about this. I'd feel kind of awkward and melancholy about it.

Craig still has a contract to uphold with Disney I think. Besides, he seems like the kind of guy that would just make another original cartoon. Lauren would make more sense, but given Lauren's history with Hasbro and Sony, I doubt she would even want to put up with Cartoon Network.
