We know Reverse Flash is basically unstoppable 1 on 1, however he falters going against a team, especially against a team with a speedster.
Now, Quicksilver is no where near Flash speeds, even season 1 Flash speeds so I don't think he'd last as long in the fight as Flash in a fight, however there's a lot more team for Reverse Flash to deal with.
This is also assuming The Avengers came up with a similar plan to sap his speeds like the nanobots.
In that setting they could probably get in a lucky shot or two while he's being distracted by Quicksilver and probably Vision who may be able to pick up a pattern and phase into him to try and sap his speed.

The funky bit about infinity gems is they start leaking their corrosive crap when you touch them. He doesn't need to phase through vibranium at all. All he needs is to take hold of it and survive long enough to pull it out of vision's skull. This is possibly while Vision is bathing him in energy blasts. Hence "may die in the process". If, and this is a big if that isn't cleared up in the MCU, if organic weilder supercedes artificial one, however, Vision may have a serious problem because someone is taking control of something volatile embedded in his skull.
There's a lot we don't know yet, unfortunately, but this is the fairest shot I can give both groups as far as I can tell. It'd be a lot easier if I brought comics in the mix, but also a lot more boring, because then I could just say "yes, he can just take the gem. He moves at lightspeed. Vibranium gets damaged at far lower velocities".
