My argument is that they are incapable of representing people by such a granular age as "young woman" and "slightly older young woman", devoid of context, while using an extremely stylized art style. You could have two nearly identical drawings of a young woman and make one look slightly older, but either of those drawings could on their own represent either a 16 year old or a 21 year old because the two ages just don't look that different.
