What characters an events do you think where well done in the New 52

Aquaman, Animal Man, and Batman all have had pretty solid series. Aquaman especially needed it. Flash and Wonder Woman both had pretty solid runs as well.
Nu52 also did some weird shit that wouldn't have gotten the time of day before, like Demon Knights, Dial H, and Amethyst that were great.

Aquaman, Batman and Suicide Squad have all been amazing since the beginning of the New 52.

If any character was improved it was Ocean Master. Before the reboot he was just an generic evil brother archetype, basically OceanScar. But in Throne of Atlantis he actually seemed to be a pretty decent guy and good king before Vulko provoked him into attacking the surface, he even but his foot down and stopped people from harming Garth because of his purple eyes

What was the general opinion on /co/ about the New Modern Day Blackhawks book?
Absolutely nothing was better than its pre-New 52 iteration. So nothing. Larfleeze got a solo run so there's that; but that could've happened just as easily without the reboot.

Aquaman was surprisingly good. Batman had great art with Capullo on it. Everything else was and is pretty much garbage. Burn the rest with fire to cleanse.

Azzarello's Wondie was pretty good.

Dial H, for sure. Even if it got super compressed and hard to follow at the end, it still was consistently one of the best books, if not the best book of the whole line.
And the chalkzone issue remains my favorite issue DC's done since the reboot. Nothing else has come close.
Continuity changes were garbage but the stories themselves were mostly good.
James Robinson's run of Earth 2. People complain about Jay's clothes, but that's small potatoes.

Only really bad thing about it to me was the helmet. I've got the trades and some of Nicola's sketches where he has a more old school helmet look great. Changing the helmet so much would be like changing Allans ring IMO
