If you wanna be anal about it, TMNT was an 80s cartoon, Digimon and Spongebob only barely count (since they premiered in 1999) and YuGiOh missed the date by two years.
Maybe Avatar too, but I dunno. Never gave a shit about that show.

I hated Rugrats, Catdog, Snookums'n'Meat, and Baby Huey.
TMNT was alright, though I don't think I ever caught much of it.
Courage the Cowardly Dog was great, and still probably my favorite CN production. Most of it's peers were great as well.
There was some cartoon I recall catching a couple of episodes of... was sci-fi, and I believe one of the villians was like an anthro shark...
On that line, Street Sharks was just meh... it was like everything bad about 90s pop culture, turned into a toy commercial.
While GI Joe and Transformers at least managed to be entertaining toy commercials.
Freakazoid is still fucking ace comedy gold. A lot of the WB cartoons were good then.
The Disney Afternoon stuff was good for a while, but turned to shit toward the end of it's lifespan.
I do kinda pitty kids nowadays. Used to be cartoons on before school in the mornings. It's how I was introduced to Dragon Ball, Rocky and Bullwinkle, and evenmai waifu and her terrible American Cartoon...
But there's nothing on anymore. Even on Saturdays, the airwave channels don't show anything. Not even looney toons.
