I don't know exactly how things will turn out, but I assume Spidey will switch sides at some point and become a fugitive and still will be after the movie ends (possibly without his identity being revealed somehow) so imagine a scene where Peter is arrested on the suspicion of being spider-man. I was thinking maybe Danny Rand knows Murdock but it hasn't come up yet and Rand somehow meets Spidey before Murdock. That's one way at least.
Cap would probably be spending a lot of downtime in NYC inbetween his Avenger missions, so there's a good chance he'd have heard of either Daredevil or Murdock.
It's a real shame they killed off Ben Urich. He could have been a link to all the major characters in the MCU. A way of having them "speak" to eachother without actually requiring the actors.
I would say the post credits scene should be something with the Venom Symbiote landing on earth, but we all know Sony's got that movie to fuck up.
