Did we settle on the corrupt cops for part 4? I was thinking on a Stand for one of them:
「TOOL」(American Rock Band)
Appearance: An orange glowing orb residing inside one of the user's eye, brownish spiked tentacles come from under the eyelids. 「TOOL」permanently blind the eye where it resides.
Abilities: When 「TOOL」user set his eyes on a person, said person will start to feel uneasy and desperate, a sensation that will increase the longer it's user keep his eyes on the target. When the user is in proximity of the target and makes eye contact with him, the Stand can 「mind rape」, inducing increasing psychosomatic pain and madness. If the user manage to break his target's psique or he gives up earlier,「TOOL」tentacles will shoot forward and wrap around the target's head, allowing the user to peruse the target's mind as if were a internet browser.
The user could be the interrogator of the department. Since the Stand is not suited for combat, He would remain on the sideline keeping the enemy subdued while a partner goes into melee.

Its not really paralysis per say but more like you can get stabbed by the horn and it wont do damage but still affects you as if its stuck in your body. Like if the horn shot up through your foot it would be like your foot is stuck in the ground but it wont hurt and there wont be any wound.

While thinking about part 5, it takes place in "the old country" right? So there should be a lot of characters from or related to "the old country" found in it.
Back to thinking about part 4, if TJ in the Recess gang has the TOW HEADED BOY stand, then I think the Recess gang should be at the heart of the child information sharing group (which needs a snazzy name).
They know a lot of the things that are going on in town, or at least have a lot of info on things that could be used as hints or clues to uncovering the LHC.
They should be the ones who spread the word to Madam Foster when the big shots of the LHC get taken down, and well before then Penny should get information from the Recess gang as well.

Ability: Allows Slick to generate a knife from any object, but the object must have enough mass on par with a knife. For instance, he couldn't make a knife from a marble. It's too small. And if he did it from a tree, the mass of the knife would be taken from the tree. Sort of like how in Fullmetal Alchemist, when Edward makes a staff from the ground, it makes a small crater.
Diamonds Droog:
Stand: 「NIGHT OWL」
Ability: Modeled after the Dronegorg, perhaps. A typical sort of brawling Stand like Star Platinum.
Clubs Deuce:
Stand: 「WISE BIRD」
Ability: Causes mental stress and anxiety on opponents if he switches clothes with them, is most effective with headwear.
Hearts Boxcars:
Stand: 「HOME WITH THE MILK IN THE MORNING」
Ability: Whenever a luck-based event happens, Hearts Boxcars can put it in his favor. Flipping a coin, rolling dice, any sort of casino machine, causing opponents to trip, and so on.

So in terms of the boss fight of part 6: let's say you/Dora reach The Warden. What sort of things do we expect from the fight? CAN the Warden fight by himself, or does he rely entirely on his Stand? is Dora pulled into his portal before she can land a punch, leaving her stuck trying to escape the pain dimension for the majority of the fight? or does Warden have the power to release things from his Stand (possibly as a result of Jacknife or some other plan of his), so he can pour out waves of demons, psychopaths, and robots ala the last 2 minutes of any Superjail episode?
Come to think of it, is the story's Superjail inside of his Stand, so that the reveal us that Dora is already there in the start of the story and he's basically a god there?
