The Civil War comic event was fucking terrible. I don't understand why you'd adapt that story considering how trash it was. Also, probably the only good part of Civil War was the Wolverine stuff (because it basically wasn't related to the "choose a side" crap), and Disney don't have the rights to Wolverine.
I really enjoyed The Winter Soldier, it and Daredevil season 1 are probably the only things in the MCU I've actually really enjoyed (The First Avenger dropped the fucking ball with only having Cap and the Howling Commandos fighting in one montage).
But The Winter Soldier is actually based on a fairly decent Captain America story, whereas Civil War is based on a fucking awful story.
