Yes, you just asked for the impossible. Characters like Mighty, Bean, Nack, etc, they're all abandoned characters who have no hope of getting into a game outside of small time cameos. If you really want them, be hopeful that they get a focus in the comics, but that's pretty much it.

Sonic's biplane? Nah you're mistaken, he already had that, probably got it at the same place he got his shoes. That plane is how he traveled from island to island and met Tails in the first place. Piloting it is a sign of basic competence, not genius. Plenty of real world kids fly planes with their dads.

He was previously designated as Nack the Weasel in Sega of America's releases in the '90s. Since he hasn't appeared in any official capacity in canon media since then, I don't know if his name would revert to his Japanese one as Fang the Sniper like they did with Robotnik becoming Eggman.
Fang/Nack looks more like a wallaby or bilby than a weasel of any sort. Also, I just realized his tail is boomerang-shaped.
