I don't think they are. The Arrowverse has its own multiverse going on that has the Arrowverse Earth-1, Earth-2, 90s Flash Earth, & Supergirlverse in it. The comics have their own multiverse of 52 universes (or maybe now infinite, I didn't really get the ending of Convergence). And presumably the DCEU has its own multiverse. There's also the multiverse from Injustice which doesn't seem to be the comics one around as well. Marvel has multiple universes. DC seems to have multiple multiverses. I would suggest by accident as opposed to planned design like Marvel.
