Alright /co/, It's time to decide who you think this dermatologically-challenged individual really is.

speaking of Satannish, think we'll ever get MCU Satana?
>>81475006
I don't know much about this character, but after your post, I sort of hope so.
A this point I'm starting to think this old report is accurate:
So he's probably playing Kaecilius, who will largely be anew character, an Aldrich Killian style repurposing of the name of a minor villain from the comics. My money is on Kaecilius being a pawn of Dormammu. He and all his minions in the set photos have a brand on their foreheads, between the eyes, that resembles an "evil" version of the Seal of the Vishanti, which suggests Dormammu to me; of all the Strange villains in the comics, Dormammu is the one most often placed in opposition to the Vishanti and vice versa.
So, odds are Kaecilius plays out Feige's description of his motives, IE a radical who splits off from the Ancient One's faction because he wants to introduce the wonders of the multiverse to the world while the Ancient One warns of the dangers of exploring other realities. In truth, KAecilius is being played by Dormammu, who has contacted him under the guise of some sort of benevolent being, lying about how it's totally a good idea to tear down the dimensional barriers.
At the end of the movie Kaecilius starts to fail or get cold feet, and Dormammu goes all ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL on him and his minions. It's worth noting that in the comics, where Kaecilius was a Baron Mordo stooge, during the Eternity Saga Mordo would possess and control Kaecilius remotely, and channel his spells through him. At the time, Mordo was getting the bulk of his power from Dormammu, so effectively Dormammu was channeling his power into Mordo who was in turn channeling it into Kaecilius.

>Dormammu was channeling his power into Mordo who was in turn channeling it into Kaecilius.
Fucking job outsourcing.
>People thinking they'll include Dormammu and other mystical shit in the 'grounded' MCU
>>81475257
How can you even remotely do a "grounded" Doctor Strange? Nothing they've said has even suggested they considered such a thing.
>>81475257
Dormammu will be an alien.Just like in the comics, you know.
>>81475086
she's Daimon Hellstrom's sister
or...half-sister, I forget the specifics
but she was an occasional Dr Strange rival that got recruited by Luke Cage's Thunderbolts to be the magic specialist. Also early on she had a demon Basilisk that acted as her stand

>she's Daimon Hellstrom's sister
>or...half-sister, I forget the specifics
So, to be clear, Satannish is the "Devil" they used to use a lot in old Marvel Comics, right? Is Original Black Widow (Pre Spy) linked to Satannish?
I STILL BELIEVE IN DOOM
>>81475378
No, the "devil" they used to used was either Mephisto of Marduk Kurios. Stannish is largely just a Dr. Strange villain, as I recall. Marduk Kurios is Daimon Hellstrom's dad.
If it's Dormammu, I still don't get purple sparkles, even if it's just a stand in. Magus seems more likely in that regard.
>>81475787
What's wrong with purple sparkles for Dormammu?
>>81475809
Too gay, even for Disney standards.
I bet he's the Mandarin
>>81476063
Wasn't the Infinity Stone in GotG nothing but purple sparkles?
>>81475693
It can only be Doom if it's Dormammu possessing Doom's body for some reason.
>>81476226
So the Infinity Stone makes you gay? That explains GotG Thanos.
>>81476226
no that was the one in Dark World
GotG's was that scene from Space Odyssey
>>81476273
GotG plagiarized scenes from 2001? Jesus Christ.
>>81476273
Dark World infinity stone was red.
