I am not a big fan of her BTAS episodes, though I have yet to watch The New Adventures.
Year One Selina was really faithful to the comic counterpart.
The Batman's Catwoman was sexy, but they failed to give her the depth of character she possesses in the comics. It was especially criminal since Brubaker's run had already been going on for a couple years.
I have yet to watch BATB.

I liked the goggles, but the oversized ears made her look more like a chihuahua. The design was based on an Egyptian cat, but in the end, it looked more chihuahua-like than cat-like.

Catwoman is one of the more morally complicated characters in Batman, and people who write / produce kids' superhero cartoons are afraid of having to write characters that don't fit cleanly into the "good guy" or "bad guy" categories. To tell interesting stories with Catwoman you have to explore the moral complexity behind her, and the complicated relationship she has with Batman. The Batman was written like a kids' TV show, and as such they ended up feeling like Catwoman was more trouble than she was worth.
