She's the one who gets to reason with Po when he's mad.
There is no reason why she couldn't be the dragon warrior. She was only kicked out of the role because a senile turtle insisted a fat retard replace her.

Weirdly, thinking about it, it might make sense for the Furious Five to get a lot of development in a hypothetical fourth movie. Basically what I see is:

So now his only possible opponent is an indirect match who challenges Po from a leadership and strategic stand point.

To be fair, the villains generally do not need a lot of development to be fun. Shen and Tai Lung both got just enough to make them slightly deeper antagonists, but at the end of the day had motivations simplistic enough to require a significant but not overbearing amount of screentime. Kai was even simpler, and from the point of view of character development only really required two scenes to really flesh out what was there (and I liked what was there, but admittedly it's simple).
Either way, cramming in characterization for five other major characters would likely overstuff the movie.

I don't think you need to get too in depth to the five and their counterparts, and you can mash them together by having them fight their alter-egos and showing how each matched set reacts differently while fighting, both verbally and physically. Show that the alter-egos don't fight as a group but split each of the five up, and show that the five make the mistake of letting them do that. Maybe it's because they each, or Tigress in particular as their quasi-leader, feel that they need to become better individual fighters, like Po, on the grounds that it's more efficient for each to serve by themselves (or maybe the alter-egos attack on multiple fronts so the five have to face them individually).
Keep the warlord as just that; no warrior, but a master strategist. Shen believed a weapon would win him victory but this new villain understands that breaking his opponents down and eliminating them one by one is a tried and true method for a reason.

At this point, Po's story is done. At the end of the first movie, he became stronger than any of the furious five. At the end of the second movie, he became stronger than anyone alive. At the end of the third movie, he became stronger than anyone dead. He's beyond tortoise tier at the end of KFP3, he has pretty much no room for improvement.

During the peak of the third movie's hype (i.e. before I saw it) I actually had a dream about the fourth movie where it was about a mechanical villain called Lord Sihn who was defeating masters and abosorbing their skills and power with this crystal ball that also powered his mechanical body. The trailer in my dream made it look like it was going to explore more about the Five's backstories with some of the things brought up in the show being shown in the trailer and Po, although still the main protagonist wasn't exactly the main focus as Lord Sihn apparently had some connection with Tigress as he said to her "I know you more then you know yourself". He was also voiced by Ron Perlman so that was also pretty cool. A new master was also introduced in the trailer, Master Drunkard who was a Chinese Giant Salamander and a master of Zui Quan.
I think the best possible future for the series is to focus on the other characters and give them some spotlight even if it defeats the purpose of the series being called "Kung Fu Panda".

Before the third movie was announced me and a friend of mine were discussing what they could do in the third movie and he brought the idea of a villain team from Japan.
A team of Samurai that each mirrored the five who were sent to China to find out their weaknesses and plot an invasion with Japan's elite Samurai army. Some of the animals he brought up was a fox for Tigress, a stag beetle against Mantis and a Tsuchinoko against Viper.
Not sure if they can actually do a plot like this tho, unless they are able to portray a plot about two different cultures going to war in a family film.
