Depends on what you didn't like about it and when you stopped watching.
Here's a quick rundown of the seasons so you can decide whether you've given the show a fair shot, or came in (or dropped out) at the wrong point.
Season 1 did a lot of introductions rehashed a lot of origins. It felt like a bunch of intro fanservice. Near the end of the season (especially the finale), it hit its stride.
Season 2 was probably my favorite season, although I think my favorite episodes came from another season. This is our main group hitting their Justice-stride.
Season 3 was the start of the Big League, using heroes besides the main 7, but without *really* switching the focus.
Season 4 they pulled back the focus from the main 7 quite a bit, and explored more minor characters. It was still quite good, I thought.
Season 5 was them grabbing a handful of heroes each episode, and throwing them at the screen because they didn't know what to do, since they ended the series last season. It's fanservice, if you like those heroes. My least favorite season. I think it was completely unnecessary.

For the soze of its cast, Justice Leugue had a few hiccup during its first season, but eve, Season 1 was overall good. you must have fallen on one of the few bad episode.

I dunno... It felt like it relied to heavily on character recognition. That being said, I was happy to see a Stargirl episode and the 31st century Legion of Superheroes, but it didn't feel like their stories were anything special.
The role-call on the last episode kinda drew attention to that, too.
