That's definitely a fair statement. I like the song better but Be Prepared definitely had some good choreography. I mainly like My Lullaby out of nostalgia and loli lion anyways.

"Be Prepared" is probably the best villain song overall, but I don't think Ursula's "Poor Unfortunate Souls" gets nearly enough credit. It's spooky and catchy at the same time.
Also, I don't know if you would count Gaston's "Kill the Beast" as a villain song, but its excellent.
