Ozy is busy with his plan to improve mankind.
Laurie embraces her origins and makes peace with her mom. The legacy she felt was forced on her now has a new meaning now that she knows who her father was.
Dan goes back to his childish fantasies now even more justified since keeping his secret means that he saved the world. He's also a lot less lonely.
Rorschach proved that not all problems could simply be reduced to black and white. Likely in a moment of clarity Kovacs decided to kill Rorschach because Rorschach couldn't stop pursuing his psychotic sense of justice. Whatever happens to his journal isn't truly relevant, since no matter wether it is revealed or not, or relevant at all or not, Ozy's utopia will inevitably end some day. And the sins he took upon himself in the name of peace will become simple mass murder.
