They contractually can't connect the F4 and X-men packages without consent from Marvel. They are two separate rights packages.
Also, Disney has no interest in buying. They don't need it now, they can just wait until the next cycle comes to an end and they fuck it up again/forfeit them, and then use the newly acquired rights to revamp their phase 5 or whatever. The Marvel Studios brand sustains itself even if they start coming up with OC heroes. So Disney won't buy them for a lot now, and FOX sure as hell won't try to sell them for little.
Ant-Man alone had enough net profits to cover the Fantastic Four hole ($100m). Disney can wait it out.

Yeah this is the general consensus.
This guy is perfect for Doom, and wouldn't even need to show his face more than once. But it won't happen unless Disney already has the F4 rights, which it has no reason not to announce now that F4 is already out on Blu-Ray and FOX can't make any money off of it anymore.
Elizabeth Banks would've also been perfect for Sue Storm. So perfect in fact that you can't match it with an equally perfect Reed.

Possibly Kaluu, since the story has to do with time travel. He'd have to make a more understated Doom. More Hans Landa than Dr. Evil, but I think it would work, especially with his accent.

Doom is a larger than life character in my opinion.
I don't see a good Director that could do him justice, but I'm sure that if Disney got the righst back we could see a proper doom.

This is true. I'm assuming they wouldn't bring then back. The original cast was all pretty great, Sue aside. Although he's a bit short and has a deep (?) face. I always imagined someone like Neil Flynn except not as ugly. Tall but thin without being too lanky.
Also Chiklis was perfect as Ben, even if the costume wasn't great. They could bring him back and motion-cap for all the non-human parts, since only the voice would stay the same.
