Okay, let's get some things straight.
The only rings Batman would be able to use are Green, Yellow, and maybe Red. He's too generous as Bruce Wayne to wield Orange, broods too much to wield Blue. I'm not too sure he could use a Star Sapphire ring either. He could go through the process of being indoctrinated into the Indigo Tribe, but that would require giving up his freewill to the ring, which is something I can't see him doing.
For argument's sake, lets say that the green overlooks the fact that he can't let go of his parent's death, and the yellow lantern ring ignores that he's affiliated with the green. Unless he gets himself to the blood ocean on Ysmault while he's wearing the red ring, which were dried up last I checked, he'll be reduced to a raging snarling beast without the mental capacity to use the rings to create constructs, or use the Infinity Gauntlet competently.
Still, a raging Red Lantern with an Infinity Gauntlet is still a dangerous opponent...so long as he's in the Marvel universe, and he doesn't accidentally erase himself from existence or something self-destructive like that.
