I don't think making it a 22-minutes format really works for Adventure Time current storytelling anyway. Better improve the basics first.

It's not about the length of the episode, it's what they do with it. Last weeks episode was a case example of poorly utilized time. Flute spell on the other hand made excellent use of its time even with jakes song at the beginning. This episode is looking excellent so far.

AT's had some guns in the past.
Several laser guns as well as conventional ones, like the ones in Penny's tent way back in City of Thieves.
The most prominent one was in BMO Lost since it was involved in the plot, that dead hunter guy's shotgun being used.
They're never used often but it's nice that the show at least shows they do exist in the setting.

Just woke up from an AT dream where I had to cross the final run of this dungeon. It was really simple, but I (Finn) kept on dying in stupid ways after killing the wizard, and then everything would reset. Eventually, I started getting frustrated and started rubbing random junk between my sweaty buttcheeks and throwing it into the wizard's abyss.
I did complete the dungeon though.

Honestly, this may be one of my favorite Xayaphone episodes ever.
Only flaws I could find were his usual things about how the characters move and some expressions but that's it. Finn's voice did seem kind of more childish at times too.
Things I liked:

>Set up of Dead Mountain in general, environment was cool as hell
>All the side characters present, Shelby and NEPTR are always cool to see
>Finn seeing Ice King as Simon and himself as Martin
