Those weren't too many memories. Vulcan kinda showed up Supergirl style well after Scott was already established at Xavier's and mostly lived at Muir Island.
The other "Third Summers Brother" theory that ever really made sense in a "Mister Sinister is watching them" capacity was Gambit.
