Samurai Jack is probably Cartoon Network's best in terms of quality and design, but I wouldn't exactly say it'd win as a "cartoon" against other things like EEnE or KND.

2000s top rated shows were Ed Edd n Eddy,Grim Adventures and Samurai jack
from 2010 to current date the top rated ones are Adventure time,SU and Regular Show/Gumball
