Starfish is donezo, we saw his corpse floating in the river and his purpose in the story has been pretty decisively concluded so I can't imagine any reason for him to make a return story wise.
Ana and Knock got washed down river along with unconscious Best lizardman, they seem to be surrounded by the silver but aren't incoporated into it and Ana is still probably traumatized/crazy so I'd probably put them at a fucked status though not royally.
