I think Dark Knight is highly overrated. Same with Incredibles.
First Superman movie is very slow paced and dull. I'd put it on Meh tier. Superman 2 was slightly better. V for Vendetta also belongs on Meh tier.
Punisher: Warzone isn't even on the list, it should be on Good tier, was better than first Punisher.
Kick Ass 2 wasn't bad, it was well made, just kinda stupid at itmes. Doesn't belong on Bad tier.
Sky high wasn't bad either, just kinda stupid at times as well. Also, it had really bad advertising.
Darkman belongs on God tier. Anywhere else is heresy.
Ghost Rider 2 was infinitely better than the first one. Should be much higher.

I think Chronicle was a better film than any of the Marvel Studios films, with only the original Iron Man coming close. Yes it was dangerously close to an Akira rip-off, but it at least attempted to have some thematic depth to its material instead of the generic three act formula every marvel film follows.

I loved it because I'm a sucker for Golden Age / 1940's comic book movies like Rocketeer, The Shadow and Dick Tracy, but the third act is really rushed. Captain America's origin stuff is really good though, they nailed that, and Hugo Weaving looks perfect as Red Skull, he's still the best looking Marvel villain translated to the screen so far.
