Was Starfire always this much of a slut?
>>81269841
No, Lobdell is just really bad at writing sexually-liberated women
>>81269841
Talentless writers.
She's just a nudist not a slut
>>81269841
Ask Captain "booty call" Comet
>>81269998
Isn't that the horse Supergirl used to fuck?
>>81269998
Did she fuck anyone but him and Dick before the new 52?
>>81270081
Dunno, I am just pointing out how he was just a dick on legs to her.
>>81269998
The horse wan't a captain.
>>81269896
>Sexually-liberated
So...sluts?
>>81270059
Different guy, the horse's name was Comet though
>>81269841
>Free to do what I want, when I want.
I don't think this is really how intimate romantic relationships generally work. In either direction.
>>81269841
Nope, that's just Lobdells version of a strong independent womyn. He turned Cassie Sandsmark into quite the slut as well.
>>81269896
>at writing sexually-liberated women
That's a really easy way of saying sluts
>>81270081
She had a fiancé on Tamaran she was fucking at the same time as Dick.
>>81269841
>Was Starfire always this much of a slut?
Well, she always loved Dick.
>>81269841
Can humans and Tamaranians inexplicably procreate or is it pretty much safe?
>>81269841
Well? Post the rest of the panels goddammit!
So are Tamaranians like bonobos?
>>81269841
>Star is a slut because of this
>Dick is alright though because his name is a pun
>>81270841
According to Kingdom Come they can.
Reminder that slut is only used as an insult by people who don't get any
>>81271162
What if I don't use it as an insult but simply a defining word?
>>81271233
It being derogatory is part of the definition.
>>81269841
This chapter pretty much ruined Lobdell's career. He hasn't really been able to recover since then. I wonder how much he regrets doing this.
>>81271162
Salty
>>81271139
I'm pretty sure that's terrible too
>>81271822
Yes those people tend to be salty about it as well.
>>81271162
>It's about building a home here!
reminder that 80's Starfire is and will always be the best and cutest version of the character.
>>81272032
Reading this, then reading what OP posted... damn, that's pretty jarring.
>>81271162
Reminder that the only people who take offense to it are sluts and cucks.
>>81269841
10 min later
>>81272151
I'd rather be a slut than not a slut t b h
>>81272320
>>81271139
Starfire was the victim of a terrible writer.
Dick was a massive cock.
Also Dick is probably the biggest manwhore in DC.
>>81271139
Cassandra Cain kicks his ass almost immediately afterwards for that
>>81272133
It's why its so lame when people are like 'but thats just starfires character. theres nothing wrong with how shes portrayed here, its fine writing'.
>>81269841
She was actually more of a slut pre RH&TO.
Here she fucked one guy in panel and two guys in consecutive "open" relationships that didn't overlap.
Before she was always fucking at least one other guy at the same time she was fucking Dick.
>>81272320
>>81272387
Either Roy really wanted it, or he's the worlds biggest masochist. Also source for that first image please?
>>81271139
in his defense, Dick has fucked almost every superheroine in the DC universe.
oh look, more sjws trying to make women who don't read comics care.
>>81272581
You're full of shit.
>>81272581
>Before she was always fucking at least one other guy at the same time she was fucking Dick.
Wrong.
In fact, Dick took quite awhile to actually commit to dating Kory and sleeping with her despite her obvious initial attraction to him, and she instead had other love interests.
About maybe....twenty or thirty issues in (so three years or so) they finally hooked up briefly, when Starfire had to marry another person on her home world she actually OFFERED to still be with Dick in an open relationship, but Dick said no. Kory later left the guy because she realized she loved him more and also that her arranged husband didn't love her and loved another.
At which point Dick and Kory were completely monogamous until that last time Raven went crazy and ruined their marriage and editorial mandate had them break up because Chuck Dixon wanted to use Nightwing more.
So basically, don't talk out of your ass because you heard some shit on /co/. Do your own research first.
>>81269841
>woman has sex with a guy she works with
>later has a relationship with him
>this makes her a slut

Starfire in Heat by HeroineAddict

artist is heroineaddict - http://www.hentai-foundry.com/pictures/user/HeroineAddict/214538/Starfire-in-Heat
didnt ask but source on second - http://rule34.paheal.net/post/view/1538735#search=Starfire
Why are relationships in comics always terrible? I mean, I get that they shouldn't be perfect or flawless, but when it comes to love, superheros unilaterally suck at keeping a relationship. Whether it be with other heroes or civilians.
>>81273466
Honestly, this has always bothered me too. This and
>Supposedly smartest people in the world
>Solve all problems by fighting
>Team infighting, hissy fits, pride, stuff.
I guess mentally healthy adults don't dress up like bats or wear underwear on the outside.
And it'd be boring to read.
>>81273466
Because writers change all the time and some are good at relationships and some aren't and some hate it and sabotage it to have them romance a new character they created and often editorial commands are passed down regarding the relationship they have to follow.
>>81272969
It does.
