This costume is probably the closest he's been to having a good costume, but still was pretty meh.

I think they should go for that kinda sci-fi feel, keep the goggles, maybe he could finally use some sort of mask or helmet, keep the focus on white, gray and (obviously) silver, the details can be blue
Bart Allen. Impulse. Hands down. This is not even remotely a contest. Karl Kerschl did some amazing stuff a few years back with Inertia that makes me think he would have made a good artist for Impulse.

Honestly do not even remotely understand the hate for Booth on Flash, and I love the slick glossy reflectiveness the colorist gives the outfits. Fits the characters perfectly IMO.
