Like the way it was planned as a trilogy and everything got shunted into one movie. There was a score of concept designs that never made it into the final film due to time constraints.

It feels like 1.5 hours of scenes cut from a 2.5 hour film and the 2.5 hour film might have been good, but the 1.5 hour edit is hollow.
