Yeah, it kept changing roster every other issue and the large amount of crossovers at the time didn't allow it to follow a storyline or arc o the end. Same problems that plagued the Teen Titans book at the time too.
I liked the idea a lot back then, I still do now in fact, but like a lot of other ideas and things it was so poorly executed than there's nothing else to do but to shrug it off.
