I personally just want to see any of the remaining and surviving "Old" Generation of Heroes react to Dash, Violet and the others in the "New" Generation. Differences in personal aesthetic, how they take on the villains, etc. etc.
Also If they do go with the "Aged Up" Route - I wonder if they'll keep Jack-Jack's power shifting - making him OP as shit. Or if they'll settle with one specific power like the rest of his family. For example, Jack-Jack being able to alter the properties of his body or some shit - Human Torch / Colossus / Hulk, etc. etc.
All of that, and maybe more interactions between the three kids themselves. The original Big Sis - Little Bro dynamic wasn't fleshed out enough IMO, but I think all three of them working together could be fun to see.
